Tuition includes admission to all regularly scheduled Ruby Room classes. Any special events or workshops are to be purchased separately and are offered at a discount to all students with active memberships (month-to-month or autopay).
|Yoga||Regular yoga practice is known to build strength, aid balance and weight loss, while reducing stress and increasing vitality. Classes feature several elements of traditional yoga — including sun salutations, standing poses, dynamic stretching, and pranayama (breathwork). All levels welcome!|
|All That Jazz!||An energetic jazz dance class that is a great workout. Students will learn jazz technique including turns, jumps, leaps, and choreography. Students will also learn proper stretching techniques to enhance strength and flexibility.|
|Classic Tap||Hoof it like a chorus girl! Learn the basics of tap while burning calories and improving focus & coordination. You’ll be time-steppin’ in no time! Tap shoes or sturdy heels with an ankle strap are encouraged.|
|Burlesque Basics||Burlesque Basics is an empowering experience with a focus on self expression and body positivity. Whether you’re interested in becoming a performer or just want to gain confidence in yourself and your body, this is a great way to start. Come in with an open mind and be ready to work! Heels and tight-fitting clothing encouraged but not required.|
|Chair Dance||Whether you take the class for fun and fitness, or to share your new skills with someone special, chair dancing will challenge you in ways no other class can. You’ll master some sizzling moves you can do with any standard chair, while getting a wicked workout. Appropriate for all fitness levels and body types. Heels and tight-fitting clothing encouraged but not required.|
|Hip Hop||This class is designed to teach coordination, strength, agility and endurance. Classes will focus on learning popular street dance techniques as well as dance combinations and choreography.
Athletic shorts or pants, loose fitting t-shirt, and clean sneakers suggested.
|Contemporary||Contemporary dance class with focus on expressive choreography and movement in combinations, while also emphasizing technique. Warm-up, across the floor work, and combinations/ choreography are included.|
|Fitness & Flexibility||Empower yourself in this energetic cardio, strength, and flexibility class. A variety of dance and fitness techniques combine to create a workout that’s as fun as it is challenging. The dynamic flexibility portion of the class will increase range of motion, relax the mind, and improve recovery. Fitted workout attire and clean sneakers recommended.|
